1、 Aeration and oxygen melting for urea removal
The pool water enters the equipment for sufficient aeration and dissolved oxygen. While oxygen is introduced, harmful gases such as ammonia and nitrogen (components of urea) are released, which are mixed with gas and water to enhance the coagulation and filtration effect of pollutants in the water. During a water treatment process, the pool water needs to undergo two rounds of aeration to increase the dissolved oxygen content in the water, enhance its ability to kill bacteria and inhibit bacterial growth, and remove organic pollutants such as urea from the water. The urea content in the treated water can reach about 1mg/l, without the need to dilute the urea content with water, saving a lot of water. The pool water is not only purified, but also fresher and activated, making it always clear to the bottom and creating a virtuous cycle.
2、 Low turbidity in fine filtration
During the filtration process, the main functions are interception and adsorption. The equipment uses multiple layers of composite anti filtration layers composed of different mineral materials from large to small, greatly enhancing the interception and filtration effect. At the same time, a film is formed on the surface of the filtration medium, which can further adsorb organic and inorganic substances in the water. The minimum particle diameter of the filter medium is 0.15 millimeters, much smaller than traditional quartz sand filter media, with extremely strong interception ability and excellent effluent quality. The effluent turbidity can reach 0.4 milligrams per liter, and the pool water is sky blue and transparent, far lower than the turbidity of tap water of 3 milligrams per liter.
3、 No coagulant or algaecide added
The traditional sand tank system requires the addition of coagulants and algaecides (CuSO4) to the water, which leads to an increasing concentration of residual ions in the water. It is necessary to frequently change the water to dilute the ion concentration, resulting in a significant waste of water. The use of hydraulic automation water treatment system prohibits the use of coagulants and algaecides, effectively avoiding the problem of chemical pollution in water. After system processing, the pool water can be used continuously without the need for daily water changes. Only a small amount of water taken away by the human body, evaporated from the pool surface, and backwashed by equipment needs to be replenished, and the water quality meets the standard all the time. It saves a lot of water, reduces daily operating costs, and can save up to 80% on water bills.
4、 Fully automated operation and backwashing
Backwashing is entirely determined by the working condition of the filter layer in the filter, rather than the unscientific practice of regular backwashing in traditional processes. Due to the continuous interception of suspended solids in the incoming water by the filter layer, the filter layer becomes clogged and the water level rises, resulting in siphon phenomenon. At this time, the filter layer undergoes strong backwashing. After the filter layer is washed clean, the backwash is completed. During flushing, it does not affect the operation of the equipment. The entire system does not require dedicated personnel to manage, part-time work is sufficient. Simply press the water pump start button to start the system, and turn off the system by disconnecting the water pump button.
5、 Water, electricity, and energy conservation
The main water quality issues are bacterial, algal, and urea pollution brought in by the human body. The main purpose of changing water is to dilute the pollution content. According to national regulations, multi-functional pools, amusement pools, public swimming pools, and pressure systems such as sand tank products are required to treat pool water. Indoor pools need to replace 5% -10% of the pool water every day, while outdoor pools need to replace 10% -15%. This greatly increases the daily water consumption of the pool and increases operating costs.
By adopting a gravity based hydraulic automated circulating water treatment system, this problem can be avoided and daily operating costs can be significantly reduced. 2. The treatment of lake water requires a high water quality and a clear cycle of no more than 24 hours. For visibility requirements of 1.2-1.5m, take 24-48h; for visibility requirements of 0.5-0.8m, take 48-72h. After 72h, the water quality cannot be guaranteed.
